Yes, each time the evaluation was reviewed in depth and I was given the 
complete report. They were part of sales and management coursework. Because it 
was my company - and we were paying for all of the reports, I also got an 
additional management report. I had not thought much about the overall process 
or corrollations until a couple of years ago when I was preparing to move. I 
found the reports and st down to read and compare them all. I think that was 
when I lost some faith in these sort of evaluation.
