Within my organization I am a usability expert. On this forum, I do not have the same level of exposure as say Jared. As an experience lead I do more 'direction' than tactical work... including management, vision and selling of the vision. Amongst the hats I wear, usability is not the biggest. I don't think too many designers, in fact, are experts in usability.

While I am not a usability expert, the topic is certainly a focus while
doing my job as an experience lead.

How can you be an "experience lead" without being a "usability expert"?
