Wasn't there a suggestion earlier that if you're going to discuss patent information you tag the message with [patent]. This would allow those who want to skip to to flag the message on their mail server and have it quarantined prior to getting to the mailboxes of those who don't want to risk it.

This way IxDA doesn't have to get involved and those who want to avoid it can avoid it and we all display some professional coutesy.
