Thanks Uday, Laura's article in particular is interesting - there are certainly some shared characteristics between our models. I'd probably make a case for saying that some of hers are more process focused than the end experience and some of them are going to be in my 'secondary' set of things that an experience doesn't have to be (e.g. learnable).
