Did you also include the salary range you are willing to pay for this position? A lot of companies don't thinking they are going to be able play games/lowball the candidate and get a "deal". But I have found that it really get people's interest and weeds out those with inappropriate expectations and (somewhat) skill levels which saves you both time. > Where do you post position announcements for senior technical > positions?
