I'd say that there could be a list for posting jobs, but that I'd really prefer not to see job postings here. I will also strongly second Tom's recommendation on looking at the folks that are employed in your area, or in the areas you prefer to hire in. When I still cared, I often took back names of people I'd met that seemed likely candidates, and handed them off to hiring managers. LISA is just around the corner (http://www.usenix.org/events/lisa10/), in November.
