Paul Graydon made the following keystrokes: >All staff are required by the policy to lock their workstations anyway >when they leave their desk. I suspect I'm the only one who actually >does so. That comes from a habit born out of my first sysadmin job >where anyone failing to lock their workstation would come back to find >their wallpaper had been changed to Goatse (or other 'punishments' like >that)
I've heard of places where if someone finds an open login session, they send a message to everyone indicating they will be bringing in donuts or danish tomorrow. Let them know of any special requests. ;-) The embarrasmment of them not bringing donuts after indicating they were going to is a rather strong incentive to lock their screen. But, but I never sent.... oops. --Gene _______________________________________________ Discuss mailing list [email protected] https://lists.lopsa.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/discuss This list provided by the League of Professional System Administrators http://lopsa.org/
