keyboard goes on my lap. I either use one of those clicky keyboards with a trackpoint (the IBM ones that were only made for a short while) or a Microsoft natural keyboard. If I use the natural, I have an attachment to my chair that holds a trackpad. I use this really nice hammock chair made out of rope and oak by my stepfather on my main workstation, and it has the attachment for the trackball. I find the keyboard is always much more comfortable for my wrists on my lap. If I put the keyboard on a disk right on my lap, it's usually a bit too high, even when the desk or keyboard tray is right on my legs. But then it really bothers me when my wrists, when straight, touch the keyboard. I can't stand those little wrist rest things. _______________________________________________ Discuss mailing list [email protected] https://lists.lopsa.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/discuss This list provided by the League of Professional System Administrators http://lopsa.org/
