Huh.  all the references I see seem to agree with you on this one.

I mean, I'm not an expert here, just someone who spends a great deal of time
in a chair, but I do beleive that reclining works well compared to sitting
up straight.  Half the time I like to put my feet on the desk while I work,
too.

I don't know very many people who actually sit up straight like they
are sopposed to, I mean outside of those kneeling chairs.   

I've seen references to this around.  Hm.  I can't seem to find
the actual study, so it's possible I'm wrong, but here is one of the
