I don't mind disclosing my past salaries, or my expectations.  Somebody has
to go first.  I don't see any benefit to holding back.  And I respect the
need to keep that information out of the public advertisement...  

I'm willing to participate in a phone screening, for maybe an hour or so
without knowing their expectations, but I'm certainly not going to waste my
time on an interview if they won't give me a range before that.
