Evan, Just a thought, but perhaps some of those admins with 10+ years experience had all those years in one or two small shops, and are looking for jr. role in a larger shop to get a broader experience set and some of the benefits of working with other sysadmins on a team. I suspect I'll be in that position if I decide to look for another job.
