I agree that StackExchange does a great job filling this space.

What if we work out a way to have LOPSA badges for our SE profiles? It would 
raise awareness of the organization, true?

It would be interesting to see how LOPSA folks compare to the rest of the SE 
population. How many questions do we answer, what is our reputation/value to SE?

If there is a level of LOPSA related questions that don't fit into the current 
SE lineup, maybe we propose a new channel: Infrastructure Exchange?

It does make me wonder, does LOPSA need to be in the "answer each other's 
questions" market? Or should we endorse an existing high value solution? Could 
LOPSA then focus on other issues, like raising awareness of the profession, 
certification, etc.

And, just to stir the pot, what would our endorsement mean, exactly?
