Like Matt, the only "pro bono" work I do has been for relatives, friends of
relatives, and such, helping rescue their dead or really-badly-infected
workstations. I have also done a bit of volunteer work for my church on
occasion. In all cases, it's really been simple desktop support, as opposed
to something that utilizes my higher-level skills ("sysadmin stuff").

I really wouldn't be able to do much beyond that anyway, mostly because my
paying job already eats 50-60 hours a week, and I just have no wiggle room for
extra work- especially unpaid.

Some people I know *DO* a huge (HUGE) amount of volunteer work for our local
public television auction-- full network/server/lan/wan/etc support, but I've
been lucky enough to avoid that timesink. So far. :-)
