Rylaan - we talked about doing that in the past (free/cheap for members,
not for non-members), and I'm 100% in favour. It just requires a little
more effort on the part of the organizer to figure out who's who(m) and to
collect money. Since our default stance is 'lazy', nobody's tried it :)
