This is an issue with mixing different zonal systems. iPeng and the squeezebox are just one source in your environment. You need another whole app to manage all of your sources and the volumes in each speakers. In the end of the day iPeng could only help you with the SB that is connected to your zonal system and the volume that is sent to it. In fact you probably should consider setting that SBR to max volume to remove any effects on sound etc. Thats what I do with my SBR that is connected to my amp. Thats why I need a plugin to send TCP IP commands to my amp from the SqueezeCenter to tell the amp to adjust the volumn. Even though iPeng was used to set the volume, the adjustment was picked up by SC and then through the plugin via TCP IP to the AMP for the actual adjustment. A lot of pieces in the food chain. -- Aesculus Chris ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Aesculus's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=14876 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=55514 _______________________________________________ discuss mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/lists/listinfo/discuss
