By chance, are you updating SBS to a new version when you lose your Favorites? Best I can offer is to use your computers Search function to look for a folder called "prefs" inside SBS, copy and paste this folder (SBS must not be running) to a backup folder. My XP location for this file is: C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Squeezebox\prefs This folder contains two important files: favorites.opml: all of your Favorites as well as maintaining your Favorites folder and sub-folder structure server.prefs: all of your SBS customizations If your Favorites and/or prefs get lost again you can simply copy & paste the backup to it's original SBS location.
