A common scenario in our household is that I choose some music, after 5 minutes my wife looks up from her knitting, say's 'that's nice, what is it?'. I pass her the ipad (to avoid conversation!), she gets her thumbs all over the controls in the transfer and we either double the volume, get a new track or end up in uncharted parts of the menu structure....... How about a slider that you could lock the screen with before handing it to someone? (Also on ipeng Pippin if your reading this).
