I was initially tempted to raise the matter myself on the BBC Internet
Blog but decided against doing so as it might prompt the BBC to take
action to stop the RTMP on-demand streams earlier than they might do
otherwise.

It is currently our only source if 320 kbps Radio 3 Listen Again. I
realise that for some people that is of little consequence and regard it
as a minor issue but there are others for whom the Radio 3 320 kbps is
of major importance.

I would strongly discourage you from challenging Andrew Scott over the
continued existence of the RTMP LA streams, whether or not they are
still used by the BBC's browser client.
