Yes, the Rocki software is awful - they seem to be addressing that. Streaming is a case of 'swings & roundabouts' - all the standard interfaces have their quirks (eg. Deezer Favorite Albums - no way to sort by genre), especially on LMS. But the smartphone apps are also fiddly to use). I'm used the classic squeezeplay interface - simple to use, and consistent across all the later devices.
