Regarding APE tags, that is weird. In my case, MP3Gain uses APE tags in my MP3s. Works just fine. I don't believe there's any data in my APE tags other than what MP3Gain put there. Mp3tag does support WMA, so you just have to find something that's different by sorting a column. As before, select the first, shift+select the last, then perform a delete/rewrite operation on the list.
