just use iTunes? My point is that ripping/tagging and listening are
generally in two different physical locations so there is no need for a
program to service both requirements. 
Also you do not need to rescan when you add new files, you just Browse
Music Folder and add them to your playlist, which adds them to the
SlimServer database auitomatically. In this way you can listen to newly
added music instantly.
