Thamks for your input. So you have a phone. I have a computer that has a very efficient and sophisticated software communication application - e-mail. The point of this post? Just one of the LSMS approved contact tools. I disagree.. Thius is NOT venting. After 3 unsuccessful attempts to comtact LSMS through conventional channels, I finally (after 8 days) have some official feedback through this channel. Cheers to all!
