As the person who answers the emails that go to [EMAIL PROTECTED] I feel that I should respond here. I actually did reply to your email and sent you a copy of your tracking detail on 3-6. I am wondering if I have a problem with my outgoing email or is it possible that it some how ending up in your junk folder? At any rate I apologize for the poor customer service you feel you received. I am going to refund your order and email you the details. Should I send you a pm when I do this because we seem to be having some sort of email problems. I need to figure out if it is a problem with our email system or not.
