You and I have seen eye to eye on most things. I think this needs some
re-think on your part. This has nothing to do with Logitech!

You should not have sold and/or shipped the SB3 until you had all the
parts in your possession. The other solution would have been to send
your buyer your remote and you wait for the one ordered from Logitech.
After all this is a parts order and everybody knows that parts orders
are not expedited the same as orders for main units.

Again I do not see why Logitech should even be part of this issue, much
less taking any heat or blame. Prior poor planning or faulty logic on
your part does not equate to bad or poor customer service from
Logitech.
