Hi Pat, As far as I know, even if the number of tickets you've sold falls below the original cap, as long as there are people on the waitlist then a new person coming to the page can't buy a ticket directly, they'll have to join the waitlist. I don't think it can happen that new tickets can get bought by people circumventing the waitlist.
