Fare enough, yes. But I still would have expected some of these
issues to have been squashed at a much earlier time. I beta test one
of the main stream Windows screen-readers myself. And I think the
authors would be a little concerned if these issues slipped through
the net.

There are a couple here on this list, but if they choose not to
speak up, that's their choice. But, I can assure you Apple did
test this with users, and did not keep testing in house.
