Hi Greg, Preview has a rotate shortcut defined under the View options, so that if you rotate left (command-L) or rotate right (command-R) two times in a row, you can turn the scanned document upside down. If you set Preview to launch, and then turn the document upside down if the OCR doesn't work, can you make the software try again? For example, if you saved the rotated file, could you resend it as input to the OCR program?
