All the information you're requesting is easily available on the web site which I link below. You have to buy the voices in language groups. You cannot purchase them on a per-voice basis. Given the price reduction, I think this is more acceptable now than it was previously, and I'm pleased that the voices are within better reach of consumers. I hope to pick up a couple of languages some time in the next few months.
