I am not sure what other item you mean. Are you referring to VisioVoice? VisioVoice is an access solution for vision-impaired users with text and image zoom, talking interface and typing echo. For someone who is blind those features are not so useful, but there are some other features that are useful in VisioVoice, namely the ability to read Word and PDF documents with pause, play, rewind, and fast forward. To read a selection in any application (again with full control). And, the ability to export to audio files or right to iTunes for an iPod or iPhone. VisioVoice includes a license for Infovox iVox with voices for a language of choice and costs 249 euro / USD.
