Hi,
Using an iMac with the newer model of the apple keyboard, the thinner one with 
no USB ports on it.
I've tried everything but it didn't work had to change the volume in system 
preferences. Also, the system didn't shutdown, waited for several minutes. was 
placed in the logon screen.
