interesting, group nav makes things slower and more complicated for me.

I actually don't have any of these problems, and the only thing I can
really complain about on Safari is multi-select list boxes. It might
help to turn on group navigation rather than dom navigation, this is
usually the first thing I do when I install OS X, as DOM navigation
makes a lot of pages seem disjointed to me--i.e. things aren't where
they should be in relation to one another.
