My answer here is the same as in the past: I think that wasting volunteers time in this way is terrible, the theoretical benefits are much less that the other useful things they might do. > Whether you like it or not, you are part of OOo's customer service. That method is the problem, not the solution, I wouldn't do it if you paid me. Again, nothing personal, of course, but it's the very process I'd like to stop, also because, as Nicholas noted, only OO.o lists have this broken attitude.
