Yes, this is why the problem is a general one: the needs, but much
more importantly the skills and mindsets of SW hackers are greatly
different by those of most end users of *desktop* software.

Any regular Apache user will be a professional who must have the
capability to patch or test sw anyway, otherwise he'd be fired
soon. This is not true for office suites, email clients, browsers....
