Except, firstly, I see here that that sends one to an ubuntu launchpad page, nothing even mentioning OOo. (Not that that will impact on most newbies). Just an unnecessary change of theirs I guess. And secondly, there seems anyway to be a general unwillingness among newbies to click on the 'help' menu item. At least, judging by some of the questions on the 'users' list.
