About 40% in NZ, including me.  even many of those with "broadband" are stuck
on 128k, that's reflected in rural communities everywhere, your statement
shows little grasp of the facts.  It may be so in your small part of the
world, but not reflected worldwide.

Sorry all, I didn't mean to start a bandwidth war with my statement - I was forgetting that some parts are still a bit stuck with older technology.

Nevertheless, there should be no difficulty at all in providing in the basic package a quick-start guide (which the help file most emphatically is /not/, contrary to at least one poster's opinion) and /clear/ pointers to the full documentation.
