Nah, its ok, this whole discussion was meant to figure out if the key
should be attached to it, if the rank was a new requirement, or whatever
we thought was good. Consensus here seems to be that nothing is
changing.

Right now, the key is a one time fee of $25, plus the application review
during a meeting.
