I think that the "24/7" access is with-out a key. You would need to contact a member to let you in, and Penny is saying that there will always be a member available for this service that lives close enough to provide it. Paying the extra $20 will save you the hassle of having to do this by you having your own key. Is this correct or am I de-railing this conversation into confusion?
