Well the first part of my plan would be acting in a manner that doesn't jeopardize our insurance coverage should an accident happen or our agent discovers how to use google. If we lose that we lose our lease.
This is the one piece of infrastructure that everyone will use and could kill us. I don't trust the original wiring in the building. There are quite a few people on discuss, you're telling me none of them know an electrician in the city that will work at a reasonable or free rate?
