Thanks Teddy and Eric! Both your comments are helpful.
I did eventually get things to run yesterday. I want to understand these topics
better as it has always seemed awkward. I think by setting things up a little
better and with a little more understanding, it will help!

Clarke,
If that material doesn't answer all of your questions, let me know and I can
probably fill in the blanks for you on the build/run process or get you in
contact with the appropriate resource.

Have that problem myself...
Download the latest player with debugger, and install it, keep it...
Something keeps replacing my player on reboot too.. so then just goto download
directory for adobe player.. debug and install active X or the one you need for
your browser

I was trying to play with Cocomo some this evening, and ended up fighting with
Flexbuilder and Eclipse.
I'm a little rusty at this, and I think I'm hung up on some things I've
forgotten or never really understood clearly.
Does anyone know of some good resources/tutorials for setting up your
development machine and for answering questions about:
· What exactly does Run As -> Flex Application do and how to set up run
configurations
· What is the best way to setup directories for Flex Workspace,
ColdFusion WWWROOT, etc.
· How exactly does Flexbuilder create and launch files when you click
the run button.
· When I try to run the app, I get:
Alternate HTML content should be placed here. This content requires the Adobe
Flash Player. <http://www.adobe.com/go/getflash/> Get Flash
But Flash is installed an up to date. What's this all about?
I get this same error when I try to access the Flex Start Page in Flexbuilder.
· Maybe I need to update the Flash player in Flexbuilder. How do you do
that?
I'm running Eclipse 3.4 with the FB3 plugin version 3.01. I see there's a 3.02,
so I'm going to go ahead and install it.
Thanks for any suggestions!
Clarke
