If I put a PhoneNumberValidator on a TextInput, it assumes I want to
require a phone number in that field. If I leave the field blank, it
comes back with a "This Field is Required" error message for the
user. But there are two phone number fields on my form, and
sometimes people are only going to have one phone number, leaving the
second one blank.
So how do I get the PhoneNumberValidator to accept "blank" as a valid
number, while still validating the data that's in there if someone
doesn't leave it blank?
