I have to say that I think that the 'management' could do with a little business orientated assistance for planning etc. Give the developers the time to do what they do best. I still say that there should be a road map. Hsing-Foo was right. But it's up to the developers to then say what is realistic for time frames etc. My 1c worth. B.
