I actually started down the path with Peter Walter of setting up a new organizational structure for the SME project. The current structure is very cumbersome and has way too many useless details. Id be happy to pass off were we left off with this and/or pitch in where I can. The real issue though is that this project isnt going anywhere without at least one real developer devoting time to it. Both Charlie and Shad(charlie more than Shad) have made it clear they arent going to do this unless they are getting paid. Unless we address this issue, SME is just going to limp along like it has for the last couple years and likely wither and die in the next few years. Greg
