Would the forum be to place HelpWanted adds, or additionally to volunteer help? Could be both I guess. I expect that this would mainly be for non-coding tasks. If there is a specific easy-bugfix then a mail to devinfo is probably also a good idea as that hits the right audience. I would support an additional forum.
