This is what I'm going to do from now on: I will filter some senders in 
order not to read their messages. I will publish any update to my list 
(maybe by sending a message to the list with a special Subject?). 
Hopefully, if everyone published their lists, the knowledge that some 
behaviour leads to not being read would discourage trolls from trolling. 
Filtered people might appeal to non filtered people to intercede and ask 
for being removed from the filter.
