Ah, now I understand the confusion. I don't see him proposing a standards 
change. I see him saying "check out what I made." It's possible that this 
discussion leads in the  direction you suggest, but it is very "cart before the 
horse" to try to force it there when that's not really what he was saying. 

Do the same what: Test Google Groups and Yahoo Groups.
