A few edits: * Do I want to receive Forensic Reports (ruf=)?
Yes, of course. They can help identify both bugs in your own mail sending software and some kinds of phishing or other impersonation attacks. Since remote systems will send a forensic report for any message that fails DMARC authentication, you may get a lot of mail, so be sure to set up a system to automatically receive and handle the reports. The sample scripts on the dmarc.org web site may be useful here.
