Remove the "ruf=" tag/value from your DMARC record if you do not want sites to send you forensic reports.
I've spoken to at least one other person/site that published a DMARC record requesting forensic reports from the start. They were also overwhelmed by the thousands of forensic reports that they started receiving, and it wasn't clear to them that they were requesting and getting two very different things.
