That would be a domain name change to the small business' online
identity.  Having Yahoo facilitate such a change might make the change a
slight bit more tolerable, but ultimately, such a change is a very big
deal for a very small business.

It's called "branding costs".  For small business, changing brand
information is extremely expensive.

There is nothing quick or easy about the costs or effort in changing
