That might be an interesting line of capability to explore.

None of this helps the large and very installed base of on-going small
businesses.  And telling other businesses how to spend their scarce
resources is probably not our job.

On the average, things would always be better, if we did things in the
distant past that anticipated unexpected changes in the distant future.
