Eyes and brains are such interesting creatures. They have (minor pun) a mind of their own. What you cite is not what I specified. I said [email protected]. That's been their email address for years. It is their online identity. These are /very/ small business folk with tiny revenues, no technical skills, and a stable business. There are quite a large number of them in the world. And they need the smallest disruption possible to the conduct of their business life. And in case anyone thinks that recommending switching to their own domain name is "the" answer, that is a very, very long way from being a small disruption for such folk.
